Refund Policy

Returns: 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

You can return a product for up to 30 business days from the date that your items were delivered to you. Returns received outside of the 30 business days window will be issued Store Credit via an Electronic Gift Card. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

***You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item ($3.95 Flat Rate). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or via a MAQ Gift Card.

 

Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are final sale.

 

Exchanges:

We are more than happy to accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery. We will provide you a free pre-paid shipping label for the item(s) to be returned. Once the item has been received, we will send out the exchange. If there is a difference in price, we will send you an invoice for that amount.

 

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

 

Repairs

We offer a lifetime warranty in our products. If you have a problem with your piece and it is a manufacturer problem we will be more than happy to fix it for free the first 365 days. After that period of time, a small amount will be charge depending on the repair that we have to make.
